SING ZION SING
A WORD TO THE BODY STRAIGHT FROM THE THRONE
2/15/17
Zephaniah 3: 13-20. A promise to the body.
The Lord says, “SING, ZION, SING.”
“The dissatisfaction that my people feel is not about money (how much you have or don’t have), loneliness (are you single or married), where you are, who you are with, any of that…
You look to this and you look to that…you get fixated on things,
Trying all the day to find satisfaction and even to find ME ---
BUT I’M NOT IN THE CLOUD---
I’M NOT IN YOUR LONGING---
I’M NOT IN THE THINGS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR---
I should BE your longing. I AM IN YOU.
Your dissatisfaction is because you DO NOT the things of the Lord---(slacking, Zephaniah 3:16)
---You use NOT and share NOT what I have put inside of you
---You squander your gifts
---You waste the treasure that I have put inside you. You waste your time.
The greatest joy, the only satisfaction is in serving ME and using what I have put in you.
SING, ZION, SING
LET THE TREASURE OUT IN YOU
RISE UP, INTERCESSOR
COME FORTH TEACHER, PREACHER, PROPHET, APOSTLE, HEALER
SPEAK FORTH, O MAN (WOMAN) OF GOD, THE ORACLES OF GOD
SHARE, SPREAD THE GIFT…
LET IT OUT, LET IT OUT, LET IT OUT
The BODY needs you. You NEED each other. You were created for such a time as this…
You have only experienced the tip of the iceberg. DO NOT get comfortable here.
You are dissatisfied because you are satisfied with so little.”
Today He is calling us forth, calling us higher.
O THE PLACES HE WANTS TO TAKE US!!!
Have hunger! Have willingness!
He wants to give us what we need. He will!
He showed me pride and fear that is holding us back.
---Some have put yourself in a box. This is the way I am. Some have been put there by
others.
---Some have stopped yourselves but it’s all in your head.
---Some are sitting on your gift, squandering it. Some don’t even know what it is.
Some use the excuse: If God wanted me to…He would do it…
NO! HE IS WAITING FOR YOU! He is waiting for US!
He is calling us forth, calling forth every gift to the BODY and YOU ARE THAT GIFT.
Come forth and SING, ZION, SING.
Zephaniah 3: 13-20
13 The remnant of Israel (us today) shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
14 Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
15 The Lord hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the Lord, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not see evil any more.
16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack.
17 The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
18 I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden.
19 Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame.
20 At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the Lord.
